Changed package then found out I'd been duped next day so changed back within the 14 day rule. Was paying £104 PM last bill came in as £237 ! but was charged £134. I've literally had enough of Virgin media and switching to sky where things seem to be more stable. Almost impossible to talk to someone who knows how to speak English as well !
