Its legitimate due to the slowness of the outdated box, and apps not working. Re: Can I cancel 360 before I upgrade with the remote? All very good info, but customers need to be told that beforehand. Not just the 'upgrade', when it's the opposite. Re: Issue with my V6 box Report it as a fault. Avoid CS who will try to downgrade you to 360. Faults will just try and restore the status quo. Re: Tnt no longer in renewed contract How does that help the OP ,who was lied to? Raise a complaint OP:- https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints#9954e263-bf20-4edc-8812-0454d71efacd Re: 360 Upgrade Do your research before doing this. Have a look through the forum , many have found it a downgrade with the loss of many Tivo functions ( and its irreversible). Its a cost saving downgrade for VMs benefit only. Re: Deleting recordings using Virgin TV Not sure, but I'd worry more about who is cutting the grass whilst you're away. That never stops either. Your stb will look after itself. In the meantime look after yourself and get well soon :) Re: Agreed on 360 box. Received Streaming box Are VM trying to put themselves put of business? You don't need to pay for a box from VM to stream tv. Any smart TV can do that. Re: 360 remote delivery Mate, just take it as a lucky escape that you haven't been downgraded to 360. Re: Re: Don't like the 360 box Just because it's new and VM are desperate to get you to convert doesn't mean it's better. Have a look through te forum from customers who regret changing ( and there's no way back). 'Caveat emptor ...' Re: 360 offer question Don't do it. It's a downgrade. VM are keen as it saves them money on tivo licences. i.e. an 'upgrade' for them. Ask for a V6 if you want a change. Best way is to report your old Tivo box as faulty due to slowness.
