Cannot seem to be able to order booster pods, phone, chat - awful service - the app informs I need them but not how to get them. Scan only works in the room that is fine and not the once that has a crap signal surprisingly. Impossible to actually speak to anyone. Broadband deteriorating as is Virgin customer service. left a WhatsApp asking for a call.
