I have reported an issue with above error code today, impacting all three of my v6 boxes.
Weirdly a few channels are working ok!
i have engineer booked to come out on Tuesday ,tried all the usual reboot of HUB and boxes nothing worked.
Just wondered if anyone has experienced same issue and resolved before intervention of engineer.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the W02 error code. 😞
Usually the W02 error code is a connection issue.
May I ask if your connected via a Wi-Fi connection or a wired connection?

W02 is a TiVo-software loss of signal error, so the same advice applies as per "my picture is pixellating" queries.
Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. Live TV doesn't use the internet, so the advice in the previous post to check your router connection is incorrect as this is irrelevant.
