V6 replaced - error code
Hi, I have had an old V6 box replaced yesterday with a new one.
All On Demand Services work. All Streaming apps work.
All is fine with the new box apart from iplayer’s 02050 error code.

When does this error code appear?
Is it when you first load the app? Or, say, when you select a programme to watch?
Does it make any difference if you watch a programme directly from the "Search & Explore" section of the V6 menu, and choose "watch from iPlayer"?
