V6 box frozen

My v6 box turned itself off as if installing an update, it now won't turn back on, i get past the welcome screen and on to the starting up screen but does not go any further, there are three flashing red lights on the box, there is no TV issue as the other box in my house is working fine and broadband is too, just an issue with the box not turning on properly
