Was your recording from ITV4-SD or ITV4-HD?

ITV4 became HD only on VM a little while ago, any recordings made from ITV4-SD prior to the SD switchoff would have had a grace period of - usually - 3 months before they became inaccessible. ITV4-HD has continued as normal.

ITV4 SD was closed on Virgin in January 2023 following removal from satellite, which was Virgin’s incoming feed. Any recordings remained available for viewing for 12 months until the metadata was withdrawn. ITV4 HD replaced it on channel 118 for all customers, & recordings from this version are unaffected.
