Unable to watch recording

Trying to watch a recording and got asked for PIN stating it was from a locked channel it then goes on to say channel is no longer available ftom Virgin media! Channel is ITV4 (118) which is still av...

    Was your recording from ITV4-SD or ITV4-HD?

    ITV4 became HD only on VM a little while ago, any recordings made from ITV4-SD prior to the SD switchoff would have had a grace period of - usually - 3 months before they became inaccessible. ITV4-HD has continued as normal.
