TV package problem

Hello Beth,
My father has your TV package and he has this problem also. Can you tell me what I should do?

To begin with, it's much better to start your own post explaining the problems you/your relative has, not add "me too" to someone else's - yours has now been moved off to its own thread.

Is this pixellation on... live TV? Recorded programmes? OnDemand? These are handled differently and thus would indicate different problems. Picture breakup on live TV is usually a signal fault. Recordings could indicate a hard drive issue.
