Hi All,
Newbie on here.
Friday I redid my contract and somehow lost TNT even though I am on the top package (Maxit).
As far as I am aware, I do not have 360. Just standard TIVO.
Looking at the channel lists, I can see 360 does not have TNT but the normal one does.
Is this correct? Do you think theres been a mistake?
Still within my 14 days so will happily downgrade to the on below for TNT. Which makes sense, Pay less for the channels I actually want.
Thanks

You can view the TV boxes at https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box - a TiVo or V6 runs TiVo-software and has the TiVo logo in the top-right corner of the menu next to the video preview. A TV360 runs Horizon software and doesn't.

Maxit is now a legacy TV tier and if you have recontracted, you will have been moved to the current equivalent which is Mega. It is the same as Maxit, except for TNT Sports no longer being inclusive and is now chargeable in the same way as Sky Sports or Sky Cinema.
The standard monthly charge for TNT Sports is £18/month, so you'd have to weigh that up against potential new discounts offered by re-contracting.

As japitts said £18 is or was the normal, I have seen TNT Sports knocked down to £10 on the Virgin website, this might be for new customers, but I have also seen people saying that they have negotiated this with Virgin when renewing.

It’s £10 per month on rolling contract on virgin stream. I’ve it for a year or so now.

On the TV boxes it became a £18 a month add on, I still have it included as part of my contract until the summer when it's renewal / renegotiatial time.
