As I’m about to go live with 360 I’ve tried to access my 2nd v6 that I haven’t used for a while.
it stops at “not used for over 30 days” and directs to code M58.
M58 says (paraphrase) “whoops this code doesn’t exist!”

If a box hasn't been used for around 30 days then it it de-activated and will need reactivating.
Try calling the activation number on 0800 953 9500 to reactivate the set top box.
Have your account and area number handy, and the serial number for the 2nd box.

What do you mean by "about to go live with TV360"?
TV360 is a completely different TV platform to TiVo/V6 and runs fundamentally different software.
If your account is now expecting to run TV360, no TiVo-software box is going to work.
