Wonka on Sky Movies will only play with sign language

I've tried watching Wonka on demand from Sky Movies but it will only play with sign language. I've chosen it from the Movies home screen, then again from the Sky Movies screen but both are the same. ...

      Hey Spoons72, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you couldn't play Wonka, sometimes films now come as standard for this.

      I am glad you found another way to watch it though without them.
