I signed a new contract with Virgin Media on the 4th of June, including TV 360.
I have yet to receive the new handset.
The first I contacted them I was told they had ordered me a handset and I would receive it in 3-5 days. Nothing.
The second time I contacted them about 2 weeks later, I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with a lady who, for whatever reason, could not order me a handset. She eventually said she needed to speak to her supervisor and she would get back to me. She never got back to me.
The third time I contacted them, the lady I spoke to said that she would order me a handset, which would arrive in 2-3 days. Again, nothing.
How do I get a TV360 handset? Why is Virgin Media support such a shambles?
