The V360 is utter garbage in my opinion. My mum has one and the number of useful functions removed is ridiculous.
To add to the long list posted earlier you can't use the coloured buttons as shortcuts to jump to +1 & HD versions of the channel being watched. You can't even easily jump back to the channel you switched from, as there's no "last channel" function.
IMO the TV Guide is worse and more annoying. On my V6 you can select the guide, select a channel then a longer, easier to read list of programmes appears vertically on the side.
There also appears to be no way to bookmark streaming versions of a series or film. If I want to watch a series or film/Sky Documentaries show at a later date on a V6, I can select "Get This Show", "Bookmark/Series" and the shows will appear in my recordings list as streaming versions without using up space on my box. It also means that I can access episodes that I have missed, even if they are not going to be repeated and I can't record them.
It seems that every time Virgin upgrade a box some functionality is lost. However generally there are new features that compensate for this. IMO this is absolutely not the case with the V360. So many features are lost compared with the V6 that I can't see why many people would change/downgrade.
I have no idea why Virgin would do this, but if they ever force me to change I'll be off.
