Unable to view TNT or subscriptions

On the 12/07/24 I renewed my contract. TNT, radio channels and subscriptions no longer work. I then received an email from Virgin stating that I needed to update my box to 360. I set the new kit and mini-box up a couple of weeks ago, but still no TNT, radio channels or subscriptions. If I try to go into TNT or subscriptions I receive an error message saying there is a technical glich, with an error code that does not appear on the error code list. I contacted the help line on the 04/08/24, who talked me into adding TNT to yet another new package and sent me new pre-contract documents. They then said they would activate this package. This didn't work and they said they would contact me again in a day or two. So far, I have heard nothing and the problem hasn't been fixed.

Hi @treblaniwdoog

There aren't any radio channels on the 360 box in the same was as on the older tivo and V6 boxes. .

If you open the guide (EPG) you should see a link in the top right hand corner to the radio stations  Click on the link and you can select a radio station from there. (they are actually shortcuts not channels)

Once you have seelcted some radio stations you can find a shortcut at the bottom of the Home page which is a quick access shortcut to your most recently used radio stations.

You can also use the voice button on your 360 remote to select a radion station, for example say 'Radio Two' or 'Radio Five'

Also if you go to Apps you will find the BBC Sounds app and the RadioLine app. (There's a far greater choice of radio channels using the RadioLine app)

Ha ha, not fussed about the picture, just want the kit to do what it should. Cheers.

1) If you were on Maxit TV on your old contract, it was a legacy package. Any change in your contract updates you to the latest equivalent (Mega TV). Virgin are no longer allowed to bundle TNT channels with new packages, so these channels must now be subscribed to separately in the same way as Sky Sports channels are.

2) V360 runs on the Horizon TV platform. This is the platform of Virgins parent company, & is in its 4th generation across the rest of Europe. The radio stations were dropped from European cable systems at the turn of the millennium, hence Horizon was never designed to carry audio only channels. For this reason they will not be reappearing in the EPG on V360 & a background app has been specifically created to access them.
