Hi all,
My plan includes two boxes but I never received the second box when we took out VM. A week or two ago I contacted Virgin and asked them to send out the second box and a technician to install a new cable to have the second box upstairs. I have only just realised that they have sent me a TV 360 and not a TV 360 Mini. Will this still work once I set it up to the TV or should I just contact VM now to ask them to send out a TV 360 Mini?
Please note that I haven't bought the second telly yet so I cannot set it up yet to check for myself thanks!

Hi @SF25 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.
Even though usually, the network is designed to have one TV 360 main box and one mini, everything does work correctly with two separate ones.
You get the benefit of having two separate hard drives in that case, without the mini's function is "streaming" the recordings from the main box.
This isn't usual practice but everything should still work fine for you, as long as the Virgin Media connection is set up correctly😊
