DAZN PPV + 1 month free subscription

Hello all

I purchased the PPV event last weekend from the PPV rail on home screen.  I was told to scan the QR code and i did i entered my email and DAZN then said "we will verify your email" i assume this is a automated process surely i should get some email/message to say i have 1 month free subscription and i can start watching now? 

Anyone know what is happening?

Have you checked your spam/junk folder for anything from DAZN?

Have you tried opening the app and clicking on sign in, and then scanning the onscreen QR code on your mobile/tablet?

Oh is it only by mobile/tablet the free subscription OR via the virginmedia APPs --->Dazn app i sign in? the instructions are not clear what we need to do when i signed up all it said was scan QR code (which i did) enter email address and they will verify my details for 1 month free.

Have you tried to sign in with the email address/password that you registered with, either via or the the web site?(All pages on the website have the sign in button)

You should be able to access DAZN on your VM TV set top box and also via browsers.

I paid for the boxing and noticed it mentioned I had to scan the onscreen QR code whilst watching the live program.  I only saw the QR code appear onscreen once which was during the first round of the boxing match. I didn't bother scanning that.

I had scanned the QR code when applying to purchase the boxing, but again I didn't bother signing up.

I also haven't bothered siging up or signing in via the app on my 360 box.

Hopefully a fellow forum member, or member of the forum team will pick this up and confirm about the email verification.

Same here, bought the AJ Dubois fight last month, clearly said you get one month’s access to DAZN. Been in contact with Virgin help line, they say ‘nothing to do with us – contact DAZN’ DAZN say ‘nothing to do with us – contact Virgin’ – would have been nice to watch the boxing on Saturday but not bothered enough to pay another £19.99

Did you receive any kind of email verification from DAZN? We can take a closer look on our side to see if the channel was added to your TV services. We will just need to send you a PM to confirm a few account details so we can arrange this for you.
