A month ago, Tech Support ran checks on my TV360 box after CS2000 error came up. They concluded that i would need a new top box. Ok understood. They said it would only take 2-3 days to arrive. A new remote arrived but no new TV360 box. How do i chase this? I am fed up with the automated help. Thanks

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your 360 box. Checking things here, I can see the box is having a bit of trouble. We've run some checks this end and we won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
