Block pin change

My daughter keeps resetting the parental control on the tv. Can you block the pin being reset.

Hi @Sarahbaker60 

You should set the pin to one she doesn't know then she can't reset it.

She shouldn't be able to use the Forgot your PIN setting as that requires the account password (memorable word) to be entered (unless she already knows that word, in which case you should sign into My Virgin Media and change that. It's under Settings > Security & sign in details > Telephone security details)
