360 box stuck on orange light/welcome screen

Hi. Box is stuck.on above. Tried reboot. Plug out for 15 seconds etc. But just doesn't boot up past welcome  message

    Thanks for getting back. 

    Yes. Engineer turned up promptly yesterday and swopped the faulty box for a new one. Very happy with how it was all handled and swiftly corrected. As said thanks also to you for looking into it.
