Our TiVo box is stuttering when playing back TV on delay. It also has rebooted itself for no reasons and a few other faults and fault codes appearing on the screen.

The behaviour you are describing is a hard drive issue. Your tivo box will need replacing. Looking at your previous posts you have broadband with VM so the tivo will be swapped out for a V6 box.
It depends how quickly you want this fixing. You can wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.
Or call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

I'm so sorry to hear of the issues you're experiencing with your TiVo box. As @newapollo has said in their post, from what you've explained it sounds like this may be hard drive related.
Have you managed to contact the team about this since your post, or do you still require assistance in getting this sorted?
