I have this message too, it's been two weeks now, not been able to fix 2 hours on phone to NTASH asking me to do things over and over, still no joy. He then books a technician who does not turn up!!! no communication either! I call again and promised a call back in three hours for emergency technician.......lies there too, no call back. So im paying £64 a month I don't get to see any of the England matches now technician hopefully Tuesday.........good thing is still in cool off period for contract that's getting cancelled for a start! Rubbish service and I don't understand a lot of them

Was this 14days from a new install? Or from a re-contract?
You wouldn't have a TiVo from a new install, and I'm very surprised you'd still have one from a re-contract.
