On demand catch up not working

Mine not accessible either just coming up network error unable to connect tried repeatedly rebooting box no affect what so ever

Like others with this problem heartbeat light is solid

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your on demand services. Have your issues been resolved since you last posted or are the problems still ongoing?

Hi Steven no still the same no on demand or catch-up I've ran the diagnostic again and then rebooted the TiVo box again  like other people have said green heart light solid  live TV and recordings fine  is this not a problem your end as it happened to several people at the same time

Just checked and my catch up and on demand are back on
