Old slow Tivo Box

My tivo box is over 10 years old. It's become incredibly slow, apps take an age to load and iplayer often buffers. I also have a V6 which is lightning quick in comparison. Surely the Tivo box is  due...

    Hello Mr_K.

    Thanks for your post regarding the slow TiVo box.

    I can arrange a swap for you to a new V6 box if you like.

    There will be no charge at all, and it will be a lot faster than making a brew☕

At what point does the slowness of the box become a fault? I can make a cup of tea in the time it takes my Tivo box takes to load iPlayer. Even opening the epg can take over half a minute. Let loyal customers  go to rot is VMs modus operandi, unless they threaten to cancel of course...
