How do I get an upgrade tv box

Question

I’m going round and round the App. &nbsp;All I need is a new tv box which I understand is free. &nbsp;After lengthy wait managed to speak to one guy who wanted to sell me an upgrade to include a multitude of channels. &nbsp;I’m 75 I don’t need them but to use my kids Christmas presents to me of Netflix I need a new box. &nbsp;How difficult is it to get one!
