I’ve arranged for virgin media to collect my kit as I cancelled my contract with them. The collection date is 29 November. Despite this I’m being charged £40 as they haven’t received the kit back within a certain time period (I wasn’t even notified that it hard to be returned by a certain date). I haven’t been provided with anything to put the kit in, and I’ve not been given a time slot for the 29th. There’s no option for a Saturday collection and I’m reluctant to take a full day off work for them to collect it. Is there a way to post everything back to them? The service from virgin media from start to finish has been shocking.

Hey Hannah89, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear about this.
As mentioned you can order one above using that link or wait till the 29th after this and when its confirmed back into the warehouse the charge would get wiped anyway.
