Hi. Just bought Dexter New Blood to watch as stuck in living room with a bad back this weekend. Just near end of first episode and got ES071 error. Left it couple hours, still the same. Tried episode2 and get ES073.
what does this mean? Will it fix itself or will it never work?! I’ll need a refund if the latter! £20!!

Error codes ES071 and ES073 are usually for Virgin Store purchases
Is this just happening on your Tivo box, or have you tried a different device such as a computer?
Have you tried restarting your Tivo?.
If it is a VM Store purchase and the above doesn't help then you should ring the VM Store helpline on 0800 027 0801 from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
