The cover of our brown Omni Box is loose and we would like to get it repaired/replaced. I have had it taped up to kind of camoflage it from prying eyes as well as it being covered by bushes but now we've had the bushes removed its exposed.
I also would like to discuss the disaster on the phone i had with a customer service rep who has now sent us some letter to remind about a password or something because we failed the security check on the phone. My dad is elderly so i, in the same house was talking for him, Dad couldnt remember something so we failed! The guy was yelling at me we've failed so we wont be helped!
From feb last year in a private message here with Virgin staff member for another issue I've added another flag to your account just so we have this on record and can do our very best to help you in future, just based on the information you have given me about your parents health
He said we have to call after we get the letter or we cannot get anymore help from customer service, which i find mind boggling! Would not transfer me to a manager.
Its diamond cable branded but we are on Virgin Tivo. Just TV no broadband
My dad the account holder gets too stressed to deal with these things so hopefully i, in the same house with the account details on my pc can sort this.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Had the same issue and they wanted to charge to come out and fix so I just left it

I posted here because we failed the security check on the phone as my elderly dad could not remember something and the customer service rep got angry with him. I was told we cannot phone again untill this letter regarding a reminder arrives. As my post explains.
I posted here last year regarding a faulty Tivo box, i had to post here because the customer service rep on the phone last year did not understand fully my queries about newer boxes with vrgin BB and other things. That rep didnt yell though which was nice.
I was helped by a VM staff member via messages so of course i am happy to wait for that to happen again.
