Book engineer to move tv box

Hi

We originally had TiVo box installed in a room that is no longer in use - and would like to move it…..I’ve seen other posts where an appointment can be booked to do this for £25? is this right and can this still be done on this forum??

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

i have never had a good experience calling VM so avoid calling if possible! Plus in no rush as such so happy to wait for them to get to my post!
