What's going on with the virginmedia website???

No, really  - what is the problem with the virginmedia website.

Can't do anything with it. It's in a permanent cycle of failure.

Unable to check my bills, change my package, anything.

Using firefox.

Have you cleared down the caches etc in Firefox?  Tried with any other Browsers?  Just in case.

it's stuck in a loop.

every time I try and access anything the URL ends in /customer-exclusion

and comes up with the chat to us now screen

Been a box of frogs since o2 and VM amalgamated. Must have changed my password 300 times.  Then can not log in to o2 or VM, reset password, again ,🥱
