For months tnow I have been between Virgin and Disney+ I have a error code 73 which states we are not in the correct region to use it.
This is on going
Disney tell me there are no issues there end and it's a IP issue
Virgin tell me there are no issues with IP address.
We also have this issue with William hill and they are also stating its a IP issue.
We have done multiple robots and nothing changes it's now becoming frustrating and I'm close to buying out my contract it's gone on for so long.
No we don't use a VPN or anything else of that kind.
Any help appreciated as I'm close to going else where.

Does your IP show as belonging to Virgin when you go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ ?
The IPv4 address shown on that site should match the IPv4 address shown when you log into VM's hub settings via 192.168.0.1 from your browser, and check under Admin > Info > WAN IP Settings.
