Which one is 'best' is not really a question anyone can give you a direct answer to. The answer will depend on what you want from the device (price point, spec's, features etc.)
Chromebooks tend to be 'lite' devices. As such it is likely they will not have an ethernet connection. You may need a USB to ethernet adapter if that feature is important to you.
