Virgin Media TV Go Error

I keep getting this error when trying to watch TNT from the tv Go app. All other channels work okay:

"sorry - we can't play this at the moment 1"

I'm sorry to hear of the error message being generated on the TV Go services when trying to watch TNT Sports.

Can you please confirm if this happens on all devices or just one in particular?

Has the device you're using and the app installed on the device been updated with the latest running software?

This happens to me when there is a short loss of signal, soon recovers.
