TV Go on iPad

Hi, 

I can watch my saved Sky Sports recoding in the Virgin TV Go app fine inside my home network, but it dose not work on my iPad (Only available at home).  I have deleted the app and started again.  My 360 box is on the latest version too.  The app knows its on the network because the watch icon is there and not the caption only on Virgin Box, which is want you get when you are outside your home network.

Any help please.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with watching your TVGO recordings. 

Is it only the iPad where you experienced this issue? Do you have another device you're able to check to see if the same issue occurs? 

Is your iPad version up-to-date with the latest software/IOS? 

Are you using a VPN at all when trying to watch on your iPad?
