I'm unblocking games to allow my son to game. When I hit save I get the message "Sorry the changes you made were not saved". Yesterday the website was down "telling me to try again later".
Any help appreciated, my son is going mad!

Hi @matspring
Welcome to the community forums
Sorry to hear you're having issues customising your online security.
Just to confirm, are you making these changes to your Virgin Media websafe via the online account, or through a browser or 3rd party security software?

Chrome browser. I've tried on my phone and laptop, same problem

Exactly the same problem at my house can’t turn the gaming block off. Tried lots of different ways.

I don't understand your reply. For clarity see the screenshot. I've been a virgin customer for 6 months or so and have never experienced this problem before. I block/unblock games daily

You answered that you were changing the security settings on Chrome browser @matspring
The screenshot you have provided is through our Virgin Media websafe.
Are you looking to turn off your security settings in websafe or add a URL to the allow list?

Hi,
I am having the same issue. I'm using an Edge browser on a windows 11 device. I am trying to change one of the security settings to allow us to use MS teams. Each time I make the change and click 'save', I get a message that it is not possible to make the change:

Okay thanks for confirming @matspring
I have raised this with the team and they have advised that this is a known issue at the time and it's being investigated by the dedicated team.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
Can you confirm, the changes you're looking to make, are you looking to switch off websafe entirely or just looking to add the games website to your allow/trusted site list?
