Child safe not working

My child safe isn't working at all now. Please can someone help me resolve this ASAP?

I am so sorry that you are facing issue with your child safe settings, can I just check is child safe showing as active in your settings?
Yes it's showing as active but it is not blocking websites etc like it was before.
Please can you pm me and hp resolve this issue ASAP. I have children at home.
