I'm sorry to hear that Child Safe isn't working for you currently. Do you currently have a VPN active?
If not, let us know and we can look into this further.

To get you over the hurdle whilst VM fix the issue, you can manually set the DNS on the device(s) to use Cloudflare Adult and Malware filters. Set the DNS to 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 manually. This will bypass the VM DNS servers until the issue is fixed.

It is high time Virgin Media explained to customers why their staff with privileged access are running scripts
against the users' accounts or the DNS platform to repeatedly disable customers' Child Safe settings.
Fraud takes many forms, this and the phantom telephone billing complaints need a deep dive.
