I’ve been told by sales reps that stream uses multicast same as EETV. Is this correct?
I’ve also been told that live tv delay is around 5-7 seconds. But I’ve not found anyone getting below 25-30 seconds delay on live tv broadcasts?
Some official answers would be helpful.
You would think that with 'Virgins' experience in delivering TV over the wire for many a year that they'd manage to get on par with EE(BT)TV in terms of delivery time for live tv. Or surely be working in the background trying to ge the time delay down to match the competitors in the space

How is that colleague getting on with getting back with an answer?
Apparrently it seems as though Alex's email to his collegue went straight in the bin. Just goes to show the level of respect VM employees have for their own collegues.
