Can anyone offer advice on setting up subscriptions to sky sports and TNT sports? I see others have had similar problems. Been via help desk, had a technician out and made a complaint but still not resolved since service installed on 6th Aug. Cannot add via app, nor directly on TV screen. Have continuous error code starting TS2 - I am about to give up and cancel all together and use an alternative supplier.

Can you confirm the full error code when trying to add these? Do you get any errors when trying to add them via your online account? Support on this can be found here.
