No audio on the stereo channel. Temporary workaround is switching to the Audio Description channel. Has been doing it since yesterday. Have tried a puck reboot.

May I ask if ITV1 has any issues on freeview?
Are you able to reboot the entire setup? Including broadband as well? 🧾
Have you checked to use another TV or HDMI cable? Does this happen on any other channel?
