Every time I can only get 30mb when I get 250mb so 3 month ago I was told about the hub on the telephone then waited.Im not thick but no matter what it stayed 30mb or less so I got the engineer out twice he told me no hub should be in my bedroom where cable is set up only last week he told me same thing.He gave me no fitting it no information on hub.Now I just see some info on the app connect which I've had it months.I have to go out so see later wats it all about.I should be getting 30 quid off my bill for 3 months.
