Why is it so hard to get a hub 5?

Hello,

I took the 1 gig bundle and have a working line since Dec however the engineer gave me a hub 4 hence whether it is with wifi or ethernet cable I have never been able to reach the 1 gig since day one,

Despite my numerous call to the customer service, every time i was told that there was no issue from their side . Apparently, it is ok nowadays to completely discard the customer experience.

How can I get a hub 5 to get the speed i paid for and not 20% less or more ?

Thanks for your reply

You pay for the speed to the HUB over the VM network:

You can technically get full speed across two devices at the same time, which is how VM sell Gig1.

There is a stock shortage of the HUB 5, hence the HUB 4 being supplied.

VM have never stated that you will get the full speed of your plan on ONE device. You get the advertised speed on aggregated devices. Don’t you think VM would be in a lot of trouble with the regulative authorities if they did not meet their speeds advertised.
