Verify field agent
Hi
I am looking to take out a broadband package through a virgin field agent. How do I verify he is legitimate before I provide any sensitive information and sign up?
A person from the VM forum team should reply here within a few days and be able to confirm identity.
In the meantime, read through the forum for some past topics about VM's field sales agents as they are often complained about on here (usually in regard to the deal that is sent through not turning out to be what was described verbally in the sales pitch).
