On our WiFi network my family were unable to access Google Drive using different devices but I was able to, only by disabling Smart Security could I resolve this for them. Is this a known issue?

This is perhaps the 5th report in less than a week of "Smart Security" blocking access to commonly used websites.

DNS interception by ISPs (and traffic interception by Apple Relay) are points of failure that even more technical customers may find difficult to diagnose / resolve when say a VOIP Phone or CCTV Camera are offline.

Sorry to hear of the issues encountered with Smart Security being active.
Do please attempt a reboot or if possible a pin hole reset of the hub to see if this helps clear the issue experienced.

I did a reboot through the VM Connect app yesterday evening, then activated 'Smart Security' again and the issue does seem to have resolved, thank you. However Smart Security had been off since Monday so I can't say if it resolved a different way in the meantime.

As per my last update Smart Security was enabled again and does now allow access to Google Drive. Thanks.
