PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR - Only with Virgin Media, what gives?

I switched to Virgin last week, and having a few issues with a few sites.

Whenever i try and access reddit, I get this response on the website - PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR. This has ONLY happened since I've been with Virgin.

Secondly, when I try to play League of Legends, it also has trouble connecting to the server stopping me from entering into a game.

None of these issues were present before when I was on Sky.

Any ideas on what could be the issue? Thanks.

I have a gig1 subscription if that matters.

Do you get the issue when trying a web browser other than FireFox?

Make sure "Child Safe" is DISABLED in the VM Online Account.

Yeah, happens on chrome too. And the game is non browser based.

Pretty sure it's disabled, as it doesn't stop me accessing any other websites. But will double check.

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced on both Reddit and League of Legends when connected to our services.

Can you please offer us an update beyond the advising of double checking that child safe is disabled?

Hey, yeah it has made a difference for reddit - turning off the child safety features. I didn't realise those settings were through the website, and not 192.168.0.1. Will have to check for League later, and report back.
