You have received a scam call. VM does not make unsolicited tech support calls in this way.

When they phone again, hang up without talking to them.

Just to point out that the mods on the boards have removed the number that you posted with good reason. The software scammers use is capable of generating random caller ID details. These may be not in use numbers, but increasingly are clones of numbers used by innocent domestic customers & legitimate businesses. Posting of these numbers is therefore not only a privacy issue, but it has led to innocent parties getting bombarded with calls from people thinking it would be fun to harass these scam callers.
