I received my virgin media hub last week with the quick start installation however we only have 1 wall socket for the hub in our house which is in our bedroom. It looks like we previously had a socket in our living room as I have found the cable on the outside wall which has been cut off. I need an engineer to come and hopefully move the socket to our living room, however I can’t find anyway to contact Virgin to arrange this. Please can someone advise, thanks

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing when trying to ensure that the set up is suitable for the receiving of our services on a Quickstart installation.
If you haven't already, it would be best to call our Pre-Installs team via 0800 052 1734 to have a manned installation requested.
