Virgin Media not in my area

Hi 

I have recently moved to a new house over looking my house is over 100 new builds that have virgin media however i do not and VM have said they i dont have VM in my area how do i go about getting a rep to come and look to see if cables can be extended to my house i stay in Edinburgh

Are you in one of the new builds?  If so the builder will have installed the infrastructure (ducts, street cabs, etc.) for the whole development.

If not then the chances of them extending it from there are not good.  It will probably  involve digging up brand new pavements/streets etc.to install - if so that wont happen.
