Told broadband issues in my area were resolved at 12:50, still getting yellow lights on my Hub 5 at 16:20

As per the title, got a text to say broadband was having issues in my area in the morning, sure enough it was down.

Got a text at 12:50 to say it had been resolved, still no internet.

Have done multiple restarts on the Hub 5, always ends up with blinking yellow lights, still a problem at 16:20.

And still a problem today, no response from Virgin...

The website pushes me towards booking an engineer visit so that is what I have done, although it seems like a very big coincidence to me that this started at the same time as a known outage...

Has the engineer visit already took place? If so, is this resolved now?
