Replacement HUB 3

I have just received replacemnent HUB 3 and had it upp and running no problem good speed, except:

There is a steady yellow light rather than a white.

It rattles as although there is something loose inside it.

But most importantly whilst the given WIFI password works to log onto the internet if I try and log directly onto the router to set it up I get a password error using the same password.

The administration password for the hub is not the WiFi password, it’s usually all numeric and on the bottom of the hub. LED often age a their colour changes, as long as it is not bright red all is good. Nearly all Hub3s issued these days are reconditioned ones and some do rattle. As long a your service is fine I would forget about it. VM could replace it with yet another, but you could get one in a worse condition.
