Registering with Virgin Media

Attempting to register with Virgin Media. But, all I get is a constant request in progress. For a company of this size, this is poor. If I cant open an account to start to manage my account, whats the point of coming over. If this isnt resolved soon, I might as well cancel my order.

I was going so say that you won't get an account until there is an order in place for a connection.
